Sunday School News:  Things have been busy in Sunday school.  We have been talking about living as Jesus would want us to by giving up things we  don’t need and giving to others who don’t have enough.   We are beginning to talk about the coming of Jesus (Advent) and ways to prepare.  As you  know, Christmas lasts for 12 days, and the pageant  will be held on January 3rd  at 9:15 am.

Children’s Chapel:
The children are very good participators in speaking about the Gospel each week.  They also helped to establish a set of Five  Rules for Children’s Chapel.  Peek in the chapel sometime to see what these rules are.

Youth News:  Congratulations to our four confirmands; Patrick Kelley, Neal Gysland, Emma Eschweiler, and Kayla Dziedzic.  They spent many months learning and growing in faith.  Be sure to  welcome them the next time you see them.

Friday night activities are still going strong.  Last month we watched the movie “Knowing.”  It fit right in with Father Paul’s sermon about the apocalypse and whether or not humans can predict the end of the world.  It was very thought provoking.
